RE:  Reminder: Zoom Sessions – Mandatory Compliance Trainings (ESPARC &  WVP)

Please be reminded, on an annual basis, all faculty and staff are required to complete the mandatory compliance trainings as indicated below. If you have not yet done so, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the live sessions of ESPARC & WVP we are offering via Zoom.

See the training schedule below for details regarding the remaining training dates for this fiscal year (2025-2026).

All training must be completed by the end of your current appointment or by May 29, 2026, whichever occurs first. While these deadlines provide some flexibility, all employees are strongly encouraged to complete the required trainings as soon as possible rather than waiting until the deadline approaches.

Alternatively, all trainings are available to employees via Brightspace. Employees should log into Brightspace and navigate to the compliance trainings under the Compliance tab, within the "My Courses" section.

If you encounter additional technical issues launching the course in Brightspace, do not hesitate to get in touch with the Office of Digital Learning LMS Support team at lms.faculty@jjay.cuny.edu to resolve the issue.
