6-23-26: University Email Send and Receive Limits

RE: University Email Send and Receive Limits
To help protect University email accounts from spam, misuse, and compromised-account activity, the University has implemented the following email limits:
| Limit Type | Amount |
|---|---|
| External recipients per hour | 250 |
| Internal recipients per hour | 250 |
| Total recipients per day | 600 |
Accounts that exceed these limits will be restricted from sending email until the following day.
Most users will not be affected by these limits. Individuals or departments with accounts that require higher send capabilities may contact the Help Desk to request higher send rates from the University.
