6-25-26: Opening of the EMS Web App for the 2026-2027 Academic Year

RE:  Opening of the EMS Web App for the 2026-2027 Academic Year

We're pleased to share the following update on event booking for the 2026-2027 Academic Year:

The EMS Web App will be open for placing event requests on Monday, July 27^th. We suggest that you begin planning your events for next year now in advance of the system opening. If your department has not already done so, please be sure to submit an EMS Web App User Form at the link below to be granted access to the system when it opens.

EMS Web App:
- Please note: at this time the EMS Web App is only accessible while on campus and connected to a John Jay college network.

EMS Web App User Form: 
- EMS Web App account registration will be confirmed the week of July 20^th.

Below is the booking calendar for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Space and services are limited, so it's strongly suggested that you submit your requests for the year as soon as possible following the system opening on Monday, July 27^th. Please note that event requests made within 21 days of the requested event date may not be approved.

Event Booking Calendar (2026-2027 Academic Year + Summer 2027)

For Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 Events 
(final event date: Monday, May 31st, 2027)

EMS will be open during the following periods:
July 27th, 2026 – May 9th, 2027

For Summer 2027 Events 
((Tuesday, June 1st – Thursday, August 12th, 2027)

EMS will be open during the following periods:
March 15th – July 21st, 2027
