Bio
After 35 years, I retired from being a prosecutor in the Brooklyn, Queens & Nassau District Attorney's Offices during which time I had wide ranging responsibilities, from being a felony trial attorney with over 70 cases to verdict, a training supervisor, Deputy Chief of the Criminal (and District) Court Bureau, Bureau Chief of Public Corruption prosecutions, co-founder of the Nassau Mental Health Court and their Animal Crimes Unit and Senior Investigative Attorney in the Economic Crimes Bureau. I also represented Nassau County in federal civil matters as a Deputy County Attorney for two years. For 10 years, I have taught courses in the Law & Police Science and Criminal Justice Administration Department at John Jay.
