The Technology Helpdesk will be CLOSED on the following days

Monday, October 9 - Columbus Day
Thursday, November 23 - Thanksgiving
Friday, November 24 - Day after Thanksgiving
Monday, December 25 - Chistmas Day

Monday, December 25 -  New Years Day

Calls or Emails received by the Helpdesk after its hours of operation
or on the days listed above will be replied to on the next business day

    ***Note: CUNYfirst and the CUNY Portal are hosted by CUNY. Service issues and delays are beyond our control***
  • Computer hardware and software technical support for college issued computers and laptops
  • Telephone, voicemail and the college telephone directory
  • Network and wireless connectivity issues
  • John Jay hosted and supported applications and servers
  • Classroom equipment problems
  • Internet, Inside John Jay and the JayStop (Intranet) Support
  • Classroom/Lab Technology Support Services (CLSS formerly ITSS)
  • Mainframe and web service
