- Telephone, voicemail and the college telephone directory
- Network and wireless connectivity issues
- John Jay hosted and supported applications and servers
- Classroom equipment problems
- Internet, Inside John Jay and the JayStop (Intranet) Support
- Classroom/Lab Technology Support Services (CLSS formerly ITSS)
- Web Support services
