Heads up, Bloodhounds! The deadline to drop classes for a 50% tuition refund at John Jay College is February 8, and for a 25% refund is February 15. Sunday, February 15 is also the deadline for attendance verification. If you do not withdraw from a class and your attendance is not verified, the Registrar will assign you a WN grade that can impact financial aid for the term. Please remember that in online classes, attendance can be verified by participation in discussion boards or by submitting assignments.

Check for Holds, review your DegreeWorks plan, or meet with an advisor (https://jjay-cuny.navigate.eab.com/). Confirm that your CUNY Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is set up so you can access CUNYFirst and Schedule Builder.
And keep an eye on your Joh Jay email next week when the Registrar's Office will send you your assigned registration time for fall 2026. This will be a date between April 14 and April 20, and you can register on or after this assigned date. Put a reminder in your calendar! But to be safe, we will also text you on the day you can start registering.

You must set up CUNY Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to keep access to CUNYfirst, Schedule Builder, Brightspace, Navigate, and more. Set this up by August 29, 2025, to avoid losing access.
