Students, faculty and staff may submit U.S. passport application documents right on campus, regardless of if you are planning to study abroad. NY Passport Agency personnel will be available to review and accept your completed applications. Please make sure to register for the event. Completed applications for a new U.S. passport or renewal should be brought to 1.105 NB on that day. Please bring the following:
- completed but unsigned DS-11 form
- passport photo
- check (leave amount blank)
- proof of citizenship (ie. expiring passport, birth certificate, or certificate of citizenship)
