This is a reminder to register for the University’s CUNYBuy Refresher/ Training forum on Monday, October 6, 2025.

The University’s Central Office is hosting a Procurement and CUNYBuy Forum at the West End of the New Building, Student Dining Hall, (2^nd Floor, Room 2.64NB) at 524 West 59^th Street, New York, NY 10019, from 9:30am – 1:00pm.

The forum is designed for all CUNYBuy users, including Administrators, AP Analysts, AP Approvers, Buyers, Category Approvers, Creators, Department Approvers, General Receivers, Inspectors, and PO Approvers. 

What to Expect:

• Insights into New York State procurement rules, laws and guidelines
• Overview of CUNY’s procurement and AP policies and processes
• Hands-on guidance for interacting with the CUNYBuy procure-to-pay platform.
