10-29-25: Transition of Copier Management to the Department of Information Technology (DoIT)

RE:  Transition of Copier Management to DoIT

The management of the Konica Minolta copier fleet has transitioned to the Department of Information Technology (DoIT). Departments with copiers covered under our maintenance agreement are reminded to send supply orders to GCS (Konica Minolta) via Email: GCS@kmbs.konicaminolta.us or phone at 1-800-456-5664 (this is the same number you use to schedule service calls).
 

Please make sure to include the following information:

  • Machine Model
  • Machine ID #,
  • Machine S/N #
  • Toner Color(s) and other supplies such as waste box and staples
  • Provide your complete contact information:  Full name / Department / Phone Number / Address and room number.
