RE: Opening of the EMS Web App for the Fall 2025 Semester

We're pleased to share the following update on event booking for the Fall 2025 Semester:

The EMS Web App will be open for placing event requests on Monday, August 11th. If your department has not already done so, please be sure to submit an EMS Web App User Form at the following link to be granted access to the system. As always, you may resubmit the User Form to update your department’s accounts with new users. Please note that each submission will overwrite your previous submission, so be sure to include all users for your department each time you complete the form.

We’re also announcing a new support request form for the EMS Web App. You can find the form at the link below, and on the front page of the EMS Web App.

Below is the booking calendar for the 2025-2026 Academic Year. Space and services are limited, so it's strongly suggested that you submit your requests for the Fall 2025 Semester as soon as possible. Please note that event requests made within 21 days of the requested event date may not be approved.

At this time, we are only opening the system for event reservations taking place in the Fall 2025 Semester (until Wednesday, December 31st). More information will be coming soon on booking event space for the Spring 2026 semester.

  • For fall 2025 events (final event date: Wednesday, December 31, 2025), EMS will be open August 11-December 2, 2025.
  • For spring 2026 events (January 1-May 31, 2026), TBD
  • For summer 2026 events, (June 1-August 21, 2026), EMS will be open March 30-July 31, 2026
