The Emergency Book Voucher Program provides immediate help for students who cannot afford essential textbooks. Vouchers can be used at the college bookstore for books or access codes costing $75 or more, ensuring students have the resources they need to stay on track academically.

Eligibility
- Students with an anticipated financial aid credit balance may not qualify. Check with your Financial Aid Advisor before applying.
- You may apply once per academic year.
Voucher Amount
- Fall/Spring: $600–$750
- Winter/Summer: $250–$300 (only for students in their final semester)
- Final amounts depend on fund availability and student need.

How does it work?

What can I buy?
Textbooks and codes only. School supplies and merchandise are not allowed.
Refunds & Expiration
- No cash refunds; unused funds return to the program.
- Vouchers expire 14 days after issue.
- No reimbursement for books purchased on your own.
Do I repay the voucher?
No, it does not need to be repaid.
Unused funds?
Returned to the program and may be applied per college policy.
Online classes?
Yes, online students are eligible.
Future semesters?
No, vouchers cover current semester only.
