Housing & Utility Assistance Grant

This grant helps students facing unexpected financial challenges maintain stable housing and utility services during times of crisis.

Grant Details

  • Coverage: Essential housing and utility expenses during emergencies
  • Eligibility: Must be enrolled in the current semester and demonstrate financial need
  • Amount: Up to $3,000, based on individual circumstances
  • Selection Criteria: Financial need, urgency, and impact on housing stability
  1. Write a Personal Statement (500 words minimum)
    • Explain your financial hardship, why you need assistance, and how the grant will help.
  2. Submit Required Documentation:
    • Proof of Financial Need
      • Completed W-9 form, lease agreement, rental receipts, or eviction notice (if applicable)
      • Recent utility bills; if not in your name, include a letter from the account holder
