Classroom Lab Support Services (CLSS) accommodates student educational computing needs with our well established CLSS Student Computer Lab Center. Originally located in room 1404N on the first floor of North Hall and serves as the college's largest open access computing facility for all currently enrolled John Jay College undergraduate and graduate students. In October 2011, it is relocated to the New Building in room L2.72.00 NB providing, spacious and natural lighting through windows, multimedia classrooms that are fully equiped with computers and a high ceiling open lab area. In June 2016, the former location, which has been operating simultaneously, has been shutdown.
The Center is equipped with well maintained state-of-the-art networked computers, scanners, laser printers and other peripherals to support the wide range of application software, programming languages, tutorial software, and course-related programs. High-speed internet provision enables students to connect to the vast online resources. Superior printing control provided through the Student Printing System. The technology savy staff are personable and supportive. Listed below is the Center's operating hours:

Due to the increasing number of students using the Lab, Internet use is restricted to work relating to your courses at John Jay College. This policy is necessary in order to ensure that all students are able to complete their course work in a timely manner.
All users at John Jay College using any campus computing resources are required to abide by rules and policies set forth by CUNY, our college and respective department or center.
